A Brief Description of The Process:
We create sales order from Charge entry, and we work on many things in sales order.
We can reserve stock on sales order
We can Pick Lines on sales order
We can complete the Work on sales order or cancel the work to get back the lines on reserve.
We can decrease or cancel the line quantity on sales order, or we can cancel the whole sales order from there.
General Investigation Procedure:
Most of the time we check the Lines that on what status are they on and what is the patient delivery status on the header and is the work completed for WMS enabled lines or is the work is cancelled. We also check if
